Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By registering for and participating in Pickle for Good on 12 July 2025 at Base Pickleball &
Padel, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation
I understand that my participation in this event is entirely voluntary and involves
physical activity that may pose a risk of injury.

2. Assumption of Risk
I accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to myself
or my belongings during the event.

3. Health and Fitness
I confirm that I am in good physical health and capable of safely participating in the
event. I will notify organizers of any medical conditions in advance.

4. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Royong (Raise Together Sdn. Bhd.), Base Pickleball
& Padel, sponsors, staff, and volunteers from any claims arising from my
participation, including injury, property damage, or theft.

5. Media Consent
I grant permission for the use of my image, video, and likeness captured during the
event for promotional purposes.

6. Emergency Medical Care
In the event of an emergency, I authorize the organizers to provide or arrange
medical treatment. I understand that any associated costs will be my responsibility.
