Independent Living & Training Centre (ILTC Malaysia) is a non-profit, charitable organisation that supports the disabled community in Malaysia by providing training and assistance to help people with disabilities achieve as much independence as possible. Established in 1999, the range of support ILTC Malaysia offers include: driving instruction for the disabled, living skills for independent living, personal care assistants, working skills to increase employment opportunities, recreational and sports activities, as well as a resource center for essential information.
The funds ILTC Malaysia receives from this campaign will go towards:
1) supporting their essential transportation service which runs wheelchair-accessible vehicles, increasing mobility for the disabled community; and
2) purchasing desktop computers for the purpose of holding basic digital literacy training.
